They now have a link for "Thread Teds" on their blog, but no they aren't attacking anyone!  They didn't go after Berta at all!

    Berta has a registered trademark of Thread Teds in her country, you have a registered mark of Thread Bears in this country. Even though both terms have been disclaimed you expect no one to use Thread Bear in ANY way. Yet YOU use Thread Teds as a description (not a trademark) on your blog. You are hypocrites.
